Why Go by the hour plan?
A Brokerage usually is compensated 2.5% commission when a Buyer purchases a property from them regardless of which brokerage has the property listed.
Example: If buyer pays $200,000 for a property their realtor will earn $5,000.
This fee is truly earned if the buyer views 30 homes or more before purchasing and submits a number of offers, however what if the buyer purchased the 5th home they looked at is their Realtors fee reasonble?
Of course not!
We believe that fee is excesive too, that is why we created the Go By the hour plan, where 100% of the commission we earn is rebated to our buyer as a gift.
Why should the Buyer be concerned with the commission their Realtor receives?
Contrary to popular believe the Buyer pays for the commission. Let us explain, the fact is that the commission of a home is built in the purchase price so if the Seller knows that they have to pay 2.5% more to sell their property then they add that fee to the price that they would like to get thus increasing the price a buyer has to pay for that property by 2.5%.

The Go by the hour Buyer plan essiantly discounts the purchase price by 2.5%.
