1% Commission Plan

The 1% commission plan is the lowest commission that we offer. Ideal for Home sellers who like to participate in the sale of their home.

This program includes Multiple Listing Service, offer presentation and advice, booking of showings and answering all inquiries related to the property.

Responsibilities of the Seller includes performing open houses, showing the property to prospective Buyers, and attending offer or any other form presentation at our office or via fax/email. An administration fee is required upfront, and is deducted from the 1% upon successful sale.

Other Brokerages bringing an offer may ask the seller for more commission, however the seller is under no obligation to pay any extra commission.

2% Commission Plan
The 2% commission plan is very similar to the 1% plan with no administration fee.

Ideal for Home sellers who like to participate in the sale of their home.

3.75% Full Service Plan ( 2% offered to other Brokerages)

The 3.75 % commission plan is a FULL service and it includes:
Multiple Listing Service, offer presentation and advice, booking of showings and answering all inquiries related to the property, open houses, showing the property to prospective Buyers, offer and form presentation at Sellers home. 

Responsibilities of the Seller includes:
No required tasks

BestQuote share of the commission 1.75%
Cooperating Brokersshare of the commission 2%
